• The full functionality of the Software requires activating a VIP membership, and activation and membership verification require an internet connection. This process only verifies your account and membership entitlements and never uploads any of your file contents; after activation, rename operations still act directly on your local file system.

During normal use, the Software involves the following information:

• Account information: Using the Software requires signing in. We use your sign-in information only to distinguish between users; we do not use it for any other purpose, including user profiling, marketing, or sharing with third parties.
• File information: As described above, file contents and names are processed locally only and are never accessible to us.
• Local settings: Your preferences (such as UI theme and frequently used rule templates) are stored only in your device's local storage and are never uploaded.

The Software's update feature is implemented by us and does not rely on any third-party update service. When checking for updates, the Software only requests version information from our release server and never sends any of your file data or personal information with the request.
